At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fabric or kit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition, free of smoke or pet odors.

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include a copy of your packing slip before shipping via your preferred trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
